Omishas powers acted like a cloak which anna has discovered. She could choose what this type of cloak looked like way back when she was bestowed this huge responsibility, she chose a clear night sky which is why she's void colored with glowing stars. Its peaceful. Skip chose to stay roughly the same but just made himself more glowy. Without her power, omisha looks like a regular old ghost penguin.

Anna: are you...uhm...ok?

Omisha: yeah..i don't remember the last time I looked like this.

Omisha: we need to stop skip though. Before he starts reaping souls.

Anna is just so suprised to see omisha as just a regular ghost she almost forgot skips out there with grim reaper powers.

Future!Takumi still has the ability to turn into a dragon, he just hardly ever uses it unless absolutely necessary (like UP10K being in the stratosphere and throwing space rocks at you necessary)

It hurts to see your friend in the future have his fire blown out but it must hurt much more when you come back to your own time and see said friend welcoming you back when you know what happened.

Elder takumi had had 2 millenia to regain his powers, and he is absolutely able to tap into that old, ancient aether of his. Not for long though cause if he doesn't put it back, it'll overtake him. (It also makes pretty and ominous bell like sounds heehee!)
