Both are competitive as hell- and the reason they have fire extinguishers and flamethrowers in every level aboard the Tomb of Lazarus

Rico regularly faked her death on missions, mostly to throw enemies off her trail when her cover was blown, often blowing up her own armour if there was no other option. It wasn't unusual for her to appear at a rendevous only clad in her undersuit, much to the annoyance of her superiors.

The numerous fake deaths sometimes caused distress in teammates, especially those who had never worked with her before, leading to a number of incidents both during and after the mission, including friendly fire incidents, a head injury due to fainting, and one case of broken ribs from being hugged a touch too hard.
