The team had piled into the back of the unmarked black van right on schedule. Sterling wasn't much of a field agent but keeping on time was something he was skilled at and that skill was starting to come in handy tonight. This was one mission they could not fail at and they had all gotten together and planned it down to the letter. Admittedly three among them were not even cleared for field assignments making this adventure far more dangerous but they were confident that the two combat proficient in the group could pick up the slack.
After all, there was just one target and they had the element of surprise on their side.
They probably couldn't have pulled it off as nicely without Barton and Dean. They had the skill and the manpower they needed for this particular target. He would not go down easy. They needed quick and quiet. They needed to snatch and go. The target was already paranoid. Already knew people were after him. Always alert. Always ready for a fight. They had done their homework and they knew with the right strategy this could go their way.
But one wrong move and it could end in total disaster.
They located the target with the help of an agent from chatter and observation who called in his location via a private radio channel. It didn't take long for Sterling to pull the van up beside their intended target and hit the breaks with short screech. They had only seconds to pull this off properly. Before the van had even come to a complete stop the doors were being pulled open and agents were leaping out in black suits and black masks, Barton and Dean first, followed closely by Ted Jones, and Ben Smith.
Obviously startled, the target jumped back from the van but not quick enough for Dean and Barton who grabbed him and pulled him back. He fought. He fought HARD. Had the two field agents not outdone him in numbers and combined strength, he would have gotten away clean. The goal was to subdue him as quickly, quietly, and with as few injuries to him as possible. Once they had forced him to his knees facing the van, Ted and Ben forced his arms behind him, cuffing him securely in place.
It was at that moment that Erikson stepped out of the van in front of their captive.
The agent known as Ellis MacMurray was at their mercy and there was absolutely no escape. With a smug smirk as he towered over their friend and co-worker, Sterling leaned down to his level, much to Ellis' surprise to see who had organized this kidnapping.
"Welcome to your bachelor party, Ellis Macmurray."
The black masks were pulled off and the four groomsmen of the apocalypse let Ellis take one quick look at their faces [So that he wouldn't actually try to escape and he knew this was all in jest] before Ted duct taped his mouth and Ben threw a black bag over his head. Bed and Ted got the doors of the back of the van while Barton and Dean pulled him to his feet and threw him roughly in the back. The group cheered and carried on the entire van ride to their next location while Sterling drove. They pulled off their gloves and discarded their masks in the van. They straightened their suits and took a few premature alcoholic shots, and mocked the bound and duct taped Ellis until they felt the van come to another complete stop.
[Like Kareoke night, the tag is "Macmurray Bachelor Party" and smaller threads can be made by those attending the party or crashing it.
