Trying my best to keep up with workouts and eat healthy on this road trip. It’s s beautiful part of the country that few people get to experience. My dad’s side of the family have been generations of farmers in these small Minnesota communities. I did a workout in my room today after exploring. The BW where I am staying has an indoor pool that will try to take advantage of this trip! Moving helps keep my knee happy.
