My little workout area in our basement! I do a lot of my HIIT cardio in my mini-trampoline. It allows me to kick up the intensity with this bad knee. My bling hanger has finisher medals from my 3 half marathons I have completed. Yeah that formerly super fluffy girl has completed 2 half-marathons!!! I have always had the honor of sharing my story on the WBFF stage including at Worlds in London.
