You know you’re doing this to draw negative attention towards transfems for god knows what reason. This space where people will be silenced for speaking out about being assaulted by a transfems exists only in your head. Maybe there are a few corners in the recesses of tumblr that may exhibit this kind of behavior, but thats completely meaningless in the real world. Get a hobby and stop dedicating your time and energy to baiting like this
It is incredibly patronizing to be told that the silence I have lived through is all in my head. You are telling me that I can just go to anyone in the real world and be believed, but you are the same person who is currently sitting here telling me that my project is just a malicious attempt to draw negative attention to trans women. If I cannot even speak about this to people who identify as part of the same community without being accused of "baiting" or being told my trauma is a political attack, how am I supposed to believe that the world is a safe place for these stories?
You think this is meaningless because it is happening on Tumblr, but this is where my community lives. This is where I have built my life. When the spaces that are supposed to be for us turn around and demand that we bury our experiences for the sake of the collective, that is not meaningless. It is a fundamental betrayal.
I do not need a hobby. I need to be able to exist as a survivor without being treated like a hate group. If you truly believe that survivors of abuse by transfeminine people are not being silenced, then why are you here, in my inbox, trying to shut me down? You are living proof that this space is necessary. You are doing exactly what you claim does not happen.
