Daily reminder to all the Charlie/Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory fans that in both versions of the musical, Agustus, Veruca, and Violet all actually die.

(I mean, Augustus’s isn’t confirmed but very heavily implied and Veruca actually died in two ways, getting crushed along with her father in the nut cracker in the west end musical and getting torn apart limb from limb by the squirrels in the broadway version)
