Drabble prompt!!! "I'm scared." with the whole dang bfs :D

another bit from the glimbow high school small town ghost hunters universe skjhgdlakh this will be very confusing with no context but please enjoy it

"What was that?” Bow says. He turns around, scanning the hallway behind them with his flashlight. They were smart this time—they brought the little hand-crank-powered flashlights instead of their phones. The ghosts can’t steal their battery life if it comes from their own hands.

“It was nothing,” Catra says from behind him. “It’s an old house. Calm down.”

“I also think it was nothing, for the record,” Glimmer says as Bow turns around. “But you were literally a ghost like three weeks ago. I don’t think you can tell him to calm down.” Catra just rolls her eyes.

“Can we keep moving, please?”

“I’m scared.”

“There it was again!” Bow whirls around again, pointing the flashlight down the hall. Again, the beam catches nothing—not even a hint of movement. “That was a voice. Please tell me you guys heard that voice.”

“I didn’t hear anything,” Glimmer says. “Bow—”

“I heard it,” Catra interrupts. Her jaw is visibly clenched. “What did she say?” She?

“It said ‘I’m scared’,” Bow says. “Catra...you don’t think it’s Adora, do you?” Glimmer audibly gasps.

“It could be,” Catra says. Bow exhales slowly, trying to lower his racing heartrate.

“That’s good, right?” he says. “If it’s Adora, she won’t hurt us.”

“Maybe not.” Catra stares down the hallway past him. “But she could get confused. It’s—the world isn’t the same, when you’re a spirit. Nothing looks or feels like it should.”

“She said she’s scared?” Glimmer says, glancing at Bow. He nods. “What would she be scared of?”

“What do you think, Sparkles?” Catra says. Glimmer falls silent. Neither she nor Bow needs clarification.

Shadow Weaver. The monster Adora had told them about when she had been human again, for those brief few weeks that she’d fit seamlessly into Bow and Glimmer’s life. The monster that she and Catra had been trapped in this house with for a hundred years.

The monster that Adora is trapped with now—but this time, she’s alone.

“Well, if it’s Adora, we have to get her out of here,” Bow says. “Right?”

“Right.” Catra squares her shoulders, looking back at Bow. “We should head to the attic. It’ll be the best place to start.”

1) First impression:

- I don’t really remember my exact first impressions of Angella, but I do remember thinking that she was a bit overbearing.

2) Impression Now:

- I love her and I miss her... huuuuuuuuuu.

3) Favourite Moment:

- When she & Glimmer had their talk in season 1, it was nice to see them finally opening up to each other.

4) Idea For a Story:

- Maybe Glimmer & Micah getting the chance to somehow talk to Angella one last time. Also, maybe something about how Angella met Micah.

5) Unpopular Opinion:

- Please don’t hate me for this, but I was okay with Angella not coming back after sacrificing herself in season 3.

6) Favourite Relationship:

- Romantically, I’ve only ever shipped her with Micah. I also love the bond that she had with Glimmer. I liked how the show handled their mother-daughter relationship.

7) Favourite Headcanon:

- I can somehow picture her snorting when she laughs, Micah says that it’s really cute.
