So I'm making images for some of my new suno songs, and I come up with a composition I called "Egads, Someone's Killed the Duchess!".

So I go with the prompt: painting for a mystery novel cover, a 1917 duchess is lying face down on the floor of the study, her head is turned away, spilled cup of tea with steam rising off it next to her, murdered!

But the robot got confused on its nouns...

Someone has indeed killed the duchess.

Ape Vs Cosmic Pie

There comes a time in the AI-assisted comics production process when you have to figure out what the robot can do.

When re-making my Hostess Fruit Pie Ad parody style transfer collage-comic into a AI-illustrated collage-comic, recreating Judge MenTaul tearing into the cosmic fruit pie was a process.

For example, the word "pie" overrides the context of "hostess fruit" in prompts, so if you type in "hostess fruit pie sitting on a white table" you'll get something far, far more upscale:

And not remotely accurate. Dall-E 3's are even more surrea for having the packaging with semi-accurate branding, and the implication that the hostess is part of the filling (probably due to DE3's bias-correcton method of "Add a person descriptor randomly to the end of prompts):

If you want a Hostess Fruit Pie, you have to prompt for an empanada. (I went through a lot of pastry terms figuring that out.)
