So, I recently finished my lil Mianite Zine of the OG gods and champions! I wanted to include Aianite aswell because I'm getting invested in her character!!!!

Consider: Aianite, once Jordan- her last appointed demigod- leaves the Isles descends into the despair of being forgotten. The life in her oceans filter out and disappear, the sea getting darker as it empties out. The Goddess of Life died and all that was left was The Shadows (of her domain).

Anyway! Crack theory that the Shadows originated from Aianite’s grief at being dead and forgotten post Mianite Isles, which is why the Shadows vied for the ruination of the gods.

(It also sets her up as disturbing the balance of the world, which would put her in opposition of Ianite who ended up taking over her domain.)

Sooo I've lurked in the mianite fandom for a while and I've seen that Aianite has lil to no fans :[

I don't fully understand the "hate" for her. Yes, she was just put in only a little by the creative team and then sadly forgotten, but she can be an interesting character. Why don't people keep making theories of her?? Like I would love to give my rendition of her because I feel like she has so much potential!!!!

Just wish the fandom wouldn't bash her and say she doesn't exist, ya know 😅

I'm also trying to find some mutuals who are also interested in her character!
