My attempt to create aiart for Wakia: The No-Face Cornhusk Doll showed its limitations, but is good for a laugh. It doesn’t know how to create art that is appropriate for my culture. What it does create for indigenous themed art is based on stereotypical images. I’d be insulted but it’s heartening to see that AI doesn’t know how to write work or create indigenous themed art.
