The Nanny Goal by Ainsley Booth
5 stars
These two were just too perfect, too sweet, too hot, just, too everything! I loved how the acted and interacted with each other. I loved how they didn’t just fall into old habits, and forged new paths. I loved how they were genuinely themselves, flaws and assets. They took their time, didn’t just fall on their attraction, and worked through their feelings. That made their bond all the stronger, and they were all the more ready to fully commit to each other when the timing was right <3
The Rebound Plan by Ainsley Booth
5 stars
I wasn’t quite sure how this would play out, we had one party in a problematic marriage, and the other a teammate of the problem in the marriage. How it did, that was not an issue at all, as our couple are true to themselves, and their commitments, until they have an all clear. Along the way though, lots of emotions to sort through, confrontations to be had, knuckles to be bruised, and tears to be shed. Longing, slow burn, and undeniable chemistry kept the heat on all along the way, and a supportive group of friends help temper the issues. There are a lot of raw emotions here, but the satisfaction our characters have in the end, so worth it all <3
The Scoring Secret by Ainsley Booth
5 stars
These two just connected on so many levels, and if only they had realized that sooner! I loved all the missed moments with these two, as they were drawn to each other over and over again and didn’t even realize it. That made it all the sweeter when everything came to light. They should have known though, because the heat and chemistry between them was absolutely sizzling! (yes, it warranted a second exclamation point). The fact that it was so hot while texting, and pieces spilled over when they were in person, should have been a dead giveaway, but alas, it was simple detective work that revealed all. The emotions they shared with each other, secrets no one else knew, only added the trifecta of things that made them a solid, well loved, couple, eventually <3
15 One Night Stand to HEA Romance Books
When it all starts with a one night stand, the path to happily ever after is unpredictable. I love this type of fling to more romance, where one night changes everything for the couple. Sometimes it’s strangers who spend one spicy evening together before discovering that their lives are more tangled than anticipated. Maybe they’re soon to be boss and employee or single dad and nanny. Maybe they…

15 Hot Hockey Romance Books
I don’t know what it is about hockey romances, but they keep us coming back for more! Out of all the sports, hockey romances seem to be the crowd-pleasers. You get the sexy hockey hottie who is aggressive on the ice and something else entirely off of it, the team aspect that often ties a series together, and (sometimes) the comfortable predictability of knowing you’re in for a light and sexy read…

Best of March 2023
As much as I struggled in March, I did end up reading some EXCELLENT books! There may have been more misses than usual, but the hits were really good. I loved the playboy and playgirl roommates romance, The No-Judgment Zone, which was another phenomenal read from new author Ellie K. Wilde. The sexual tension and heat was off the charts in this hot slow burn, and I loved the emotional connection…

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ REVIEW: The Playing Game by Ainsley Booth
All sugar and SPICE (and everything nice), this low angst/high heat romance is a feel good treat. Our hero was gone for his girl from the moment they met, and he has no intention of letting her get away this time around. It’s rare to find a hero who is so ALL IN from the start, and I loved that there was no question as to how much he wanted her. It was undeniable. He’s also a sweetheart of a man…
