Okay so I had a dream- I was helping Douglas in conducting one of his SCHEMES- it gave me sort of Douz vibes as one of the guy who made G.E.R.T.I. grounded was MEAN AND POMPOUS. He was surrounded by his(evil) colleagues and, what scared me, was that they had GUNS. Like 5 men with not a ven but GUNS. OH, wait they DID have 2 ven! I was able to create a diversion but I had to YELL AT DOUGLAS so that he would stop boasting about what an ALMIGHTY Sky God™ he is and ACTUALLY HELP ME GETTING AWAY WITH (CRIME) everything IN PARTICULAR. Eventually, with a help from Douglas I managed to start the engine leaving flabbergasted bad guys down below
The maverick flies again
I wish I’d discovered Cabin Pressure while it was still on the airwaves
I’d have loved to experience being in the audience at a recording
Imagine being able to see Arthur’s bow from Vaduz in real life, or Carolyn’s sharky smile, or even just observe the differences between Little Martin and Paramount Martin
Anyone else join the Fandot late and in the same boat as me?
We need a name!!!
Hey guys!
Okay, so I'm a HUGE fan of Cabin Pressure by John Finnemore...
But I've come across a huge problem!
I dont know what Cabin Pressure fans are called!
Finnerites? (this could really be for fans of all his work...which I am...this is now the name for that, but moving on...)
Air Dots?
Cabin Crew?
Do we have a name guys? I really need to know!!!!!
I'm not ready for today's episode...
People Whom, If You'd Never Heard Of Them, You'd Assume to be Heroic or Villainous Purely on the Strength of Their Name: Heroes Neil Armstrong Judy Garland Harry. S. Truman Ernie Wise Villains Joseph Heller Russell Crowe Walter Cronkite Calista Flockhart
Another post in John Finnemore's blog, this one from 2005, that sounds a bit similar to a scene in Cabin Pressure.
How many otters can you possibly imagine? Because if I say I can imagine a million otters, I'm obviously lying.
John Finnemore in this blog post (there's more ottery goodness to be read there), dated 4 May 2008. Apparently, he's had otters on his mind for quite some time!
I may have made it my obsession to find Toblerone in the Amsterdam airport today during my 8 hour layover... Arthur would have been so pleased - they had all the flavors!
