Mod Mayhem - - can you talk a little more about using the air bubble technique to "lock" an injection in place to prevent the medicine from leaking out? I've been doing SQ injections for others (insulin and immunotherapy) for many years, and am very comfortable doing my IM shots myself, and I'm interested in trying out the technique you mentioned. Thanks!
I’m going to refer you to your doctor on this one for appropriate technique. You can provide them the links I attached in the original, so they can review the science behind it and train you face to face. i’m not comfortable trying to train someone on the internet (even someone experienced) on a new injection technique without their doctors knowledge. Hope you understand. Just FYI, it only reduces the amt of leakage, it by no means prevents leakage- i definitely still get some leakage about half the time. mod mayhem
