Hijikata prays for patience

I had a weird dream thing where Akesato had a friend who needed to get married asap, in order to avoid a creepy guy who was trying to marry her, and since Sei keeps insisting on never going back to being a girl, goes to her in desperation, (the friend is like, hey, she wants to be bushi in the shinsengumi, I will be her loyal wife, just get me away from this creep) and Kondo thinks Akesato is giving up her potential future happiness for her friend and so redeems her and pretty much gives her to Sei as a concubine...Soji doesn’t take this so great for reasons he doesn’t quite understand until he talks it (cries it) out with Hijikata

Hijikata: Soji, you understand now...how you feel for Kamiya?
