Enjoying a Korean lunch at Parker Ranch Shopping Center as I couldn’t decide what I wanted as the owners had a place in Waiakea Court Plaza -and they didn’t offer the Korean Combo w Kalbi, Chicken, beef and mandoo (shoots) so ordered Kalbi-calamari and Meat Jun, Mandoo with 4 sides of veggies and like Kim chee, tofu, glass noodles (long rice, and konbu (seaweed, kelp) as always “eyes bigger than my stomach” yet didn’t have to cook!
