#579: "Though I love the Barbie movies, I haven't been looking forward to the live-action version. However, I just watched Life Size (starring Lindsay Lohan and Tyra Banks) which is a 2000 fantasy comedy about a doll who comes to life. There are obvious Barbie similarities. Anyways, though it's a TV movie, I found it pretty sweet and it's made me look forward to the Barbie movie more."

But I confess that I want Barbie to have a daughter of her own and have the lifelong job of motherhood. Barbie's been a babysitter, baby doctor, teacher, etc and so I know she's qualified.
