What is your favorite dessert? brownies or my families fudge, cant decide

Favorite historical figure? I'm not really sure tbh

Most memorable book character? thats hard, its between Augustus Waters, Margo Roth Spiegelman, the Will Graysons, and Tiny. There are so many more too

What is the scariest thing you’ve ever done? I'm not sure, a lot of things were probably scary when they happened but they didn't scare me so much that I would remember them. The most scary thing I can think of is one of the parts of the ropes courses at my camp (you climb up a telephone pole and then jump off the top (yes you are harnessed in). 

Favorite habits? I can think of a favorite habit. One of my biggest habits is checking my phone every 5 seconds

Worst habits? Probably the same as my "favorite" one. I don't really think any habits are great.

What is your favorite joke? *literally can be anything :) Hmmm, I like really corny jokes really. ok, here's one: What did the detective smell at the beach?                                          something fishy! *badum ch*

Favorite subject? Either Science, Math, or Computer (which I sadly don't get anymore) I also really liked my electives (Future City and Digital Art)

If you were going to write an autobiography about yourself, what would the title be? Probably just my name, tbh. But if it had to be something different it would be something funny. 

Favorite childhood story? (*Disclaimer* Both of these stories are from the eyes of a 3-4 year old so they might be kind of exagerated) Ok so one day we were playing at the preschool playground (its across the street from the school) when my one friend (sally, no thats not her name) fell and scraped her knee open so me and jill (again not her real name) carried her back to the school nurse all by our selves. /// Another story is we were all changing for a little kings and queens party thing and the girls went to change in the bottom part of the giant loft thing in the room and the boys went to change behind the bookshelf so no one would see anyone of the opposite gender except this kid named bob (again, not his actual name) decided to run into the middle of the classroom completely naked.

If you could live in the life of one fictional character for a day, who would it be and which day/event would you choose to go through?  to be completely honest it would probably be Hazel Grace and I would choose the day they got their grove on so I could ya know do it with Augustus (ik thats weird but who wouldn't want to)

Do you listen to music while you read? Sometimes, it depends on how loud the world around me is.

1. A book you didn’t expect to like but you really did after you read it:

Paper Towns. The first time I tried reading it I read the prologue and part of the first chapter and didn’t really like it but I started it again a few weeks ago and actually finished it for the first time about 2 minutes before I found out about the movie.

If you were suddenly the host of a talkshow, who would be your first guest? 

It would be a TFiOS special and I’d have shailene and ansel on. 

A song you would want the world to know about because they probably don’t.

A fair amount of people know about them but pretty much any We The Kings song. They are in my top 3 bands. 

A book you had to put down (or almost put down) before finishing because it was not doing it for you at all:

An Abundance of Katherines by John Green. I don’t know why but I just couldn’t get through it. I’m going to give it a second chance after I finish Insurgent. Oh I also couldn’t get throught The Hunger Games so I haven’t read the whole trilogy. 

If there was background music playing when you entered a room what would it be?

One of my favorite songs. I’m not really sure of a specific one though :/

The best book of 2013 would be TFiOS cause that was the year I read it for the first time! I know that was only last year but it was early in the year and I fell in love so who cares.

Seuss musings

Hey, so my parents told me to go to bed.  Naturally, it's night time and I am supposed to be asleep, so I got sentimental and decided to write a post about how my life has changed over the course of this musical (yay).  More under the cut! :)

This story begins with a very strange sound... Ha, no.  This story begins with an overconfident brand-new freshmen with no experience in the real world.  Audition week was actually the worst week of this entire school year, at least for me. I had one week to prepare for auditions, and I was completely new and didn't know anyone.  I remember crying twice that week because I felt really, really alone.  I wasn't even on my period.  I know, TMI, but ALL THE EMOTIONS. Okay, stopping. Here are things I remember about people.

Brittany:  She's so pretty and nice and ahhhhh what is this.  I don't understand the perfection.

Okay, to be honest, the main thoughts I had were about Jackson and David.  I shall go in depth with everyone else later.

Jackson:  I remember during your Cat audition whispering to Brittany, "Who is that?!" You were perfect at all of your auditions and I could not even comprehend.  As I told Lyd, the second I met you, I knew I wanted to be your best friend.  She would come to understand that feeling later.  Oh, and I remember you putting your arm around Jordan during your Mayzie/Cat audition thingy and I thought that was sweet. OH, and the first day I thought you were really intimidating.  I was scared of every upperclassmen.  OH, and when you Facebook friended me, I creeped on you, and I saw pictures of you and your sister at the beach and I thought you would make a cute couple.  Poker face.   

David:  Waaa, this is going to make me sound so shallow but I knew nothing about you except I thought you were really cute.  I stared at you incessantly (ha) and I was convinced you had a girlfriend/were gay/had some sort of flaw that prevented you from dating me/being datable.  and I remember praying to get you for my Mrs. Mayor audition.  I Facebook stalked you, as well, (you really should put all of your information on private, I learned a lot about you) and when I was stalking, you friended me, so I was convinced you were a mind-reader.  I remember spazzing to Lyd about it.  

ANYWAY, even though I messed up all of my auditions and basically flailed through the week, I somehow got in the ensemble.  Which I was completely elated about.  I felt nothing but absolute disgust for the freshmen complaining on Facebook about how they got cast in the ensemble.  Some people didn't get cast at all, and just UGH. People these dayyyyys.

As the months progressed, I realized that this is not as easy as I thought it would be.  Week after week of choreography and vocals.  I became really close with Jess, Sophia, Ramsey, and Brittany.  Also Krista, but she wasn't in MT so poo on her.  

As frequently as I complain about Seuss, I can't imagine my life without it.  I shall go through all of you and say things that are sappy.  If I miss some, I'm sorry!  I still love you!

Brittany: You are beautiful and one of the nicest people I have ever met. You have taught me so much this year and French would be impossible to survive without you.  Thank you for helping me out whenever I need it and just being there.  It's super late so I am not that good at speaking like a human, but Ilooooveyouuuuuuuuuu okay bye.

Ramsey: How are you so perfect?  I don't understand how someone can be so beautiful and talented, truly not fair.  You are my Flex buddy and we stuck together the whole show!  No idea what I would have done without you.  

Sophia: "Aww, you guyssss!" You are my triplet and we like to flail about things and be awkward.  It's always a joy.  You are wonderful and pretty and hilarious and I don't even.  Your laugh is perfect.  You are the frog to my flamingo and you are perf.

Jess:  You are my other triplet!  I dunno how we have lived so close to each other for so long and have never met.  It kind of freaks me out how we have everything in common.  It's like God got super lazy and changed a few physical features. BOOM! Placed us within a mile of each other and let all hell break loose.  Every conversation/look we share ends in laughter.  I will miss you like crazy next year because cats.  Please get a C in Spanish. KBAI

Jackson:  Not sure how we became friends because you're like a thousand levels above me on the awesome scale, but somehow we did and I think everyone around us is aware of it. Our pre-show conversations/sexy dance moves with Jess were actually the best part of the show for me.  You inspire me and I will miss you so much next year!  I pretend it isn't happening so I don't get sad.  I'll come visit you as much as possible!  Can't have Jackson missing from my life.  Oh, and the Tumblr musical is definitely happening once we have all graduated and congregate in NY.

David:  Hm, where to begin?  Well, thank goodness for Seuss.  Otherwise I just would have admired you from afar forever and had no excuse to speak to you.  I'm fully confident that everyone in the cast is annoyed by our "lovebird behavior" but screw them.  Look at me being all cliché, but I have no idea how I deserve you.  I love how we can goof off together and be serious when, ha, just kidding. Who needs to be serious?  I think the reason this relationship works so well is because you're a lot more than a "boyfriend" to me; You're also a mentor, a cuddlebuddy, a confidant, and a best friend.  I just typed "brest" friend.  INAPPROPRIATE.  I realize that is not how you spell brest but it's how you pronounce it.  Ohhhh my gosh I wanted this to be meaningful but it's late and I'm crazy.  Beezlebub is subbing for you right now and he sucks, to be honest.  I love you so much and I hope you're having wonderful dreams on this lovely day at 12:47 am.  

Now this is all long and ramble-y, but thank you to everyone in this production for being there and being amazing and just ahh. This cast is perfection. I will probably post this in the morning because my internet is out, but I am so grateful for this experience and I love you all.

Just posted this into Pages and this is 1,164 words.  That is so much longer than my English essays.  Why do we have real assignments when I can ramble forever? OKAY DROOPING EYELIDS GOODNIGHT
