Remaining prized legs of the huge crab goes into the carb dish of the menu: a comforting and hearty Braised Alaskan King Crab Leg with Vermicelli. They use a mix of beehoon and Korean glass noodles, so they not only soak up the moreish gravy, but also retain a nice bite. Oh, and a shower of crunchy, golden pork lard is the cherry on top.
