Wine #2 - 2007 @zenato_winery Alberto Veneto IGT - a 10th anniversary of this Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A powerful expression of these international varieties. 11 years in and this is a showstopper; 15% abv with notes of dried plum, molasses, vanilla and sweet tobacco. It is full throttle and rich but maintains enough acidity to keep it as close to balance as it can be.
