Hi! I just wanted to share my thoughts on Jace not feeling Alec's trouble. I think it can be interpreted as parabatai being so close that they are one and it can be confusing sometimes whether a feeling is their own or their parabatai's in a situation like this. With all the physical and emotional trauma he went through in that short period of time, he may have just thought it was him being weak with emotion. Or just Alec tracking him again like in season 1 which was harmless™ right? lol

That’s true. Jace might’ve been hurting so much, physically, emotionally and mentally, that he didn’t even realize that a part of that pain was not his own because it all blended together into one huge agony. Good thinking!

I’m answering this late because I’m on mobile and didn’t notice (sorry!!!!) but basically every time the poor bub is happy, something comes along and destroys his heart…just as he was so happy about Chloe, his mom ruined it :( my poor babe :(
