Weird thing

When I read someone call Magnus as mags in fanfictions I cringe and aww at the same time like .... I have gotten so used to Alec calling him Magnus all the time now that anybody who calls him mags makes me go all "ehhhh" but it's cute at the same time so like "aww" and rolling .... Is it just me or ?

I’ve seen a few people asking for transcripts of the apology video (mostly from @lukemagnus ‘s blog) because they don’t want to hear d*ms voice, but i haven’t seen anyone able to give them one so i just listened to the video for like 30 minutes and copied down what they (both d*m and matt) said in the entirety (it’s below the cut)

Dominic: I’m speaking to all of you today to hold myself accountable, and not to make any excuses in any way.

Um, the way I behaved today was… disgusting and… ab-horrible(??), and Matt’s reaction was- was absolutely correct, it was one of disgust.

Um, I think so many problematic phrases go… unchallenged and they- they perpetrate negativity and hate and intolerance and… today I was a part of that, and… I am truly, truly sorry.

Um, moving forward I will endeavor, with every ounce of me, to make sure that the words I use create love and- and happiness and tolerance, and never create hate or- or intolerance or- or unhappiness or sadness for- for anyone because that’s- that’s never my intention — that’s never anything that I’ve- I’ve ever wanted to do and I will… deeply consider the words I use, to make sure that they… encapsulate exactly what I mean and… exactly what I’m trying to say —

rather than… um, sending out a message that- that I [in] no way mean.

So I j- I just want to say that I am deeply sorry, to- to all of you, and to my castmates, and um, I’m sorry for- for disappointing my fans, and the fans of the show, and all of you, and everyone here, and myself so… I- I’m truly, truly sorry.

Um, I just want to say one thing, um, especially to the young people who watch this show, who rely on this show:

I want you to know that we support you, tremendously. It is a conversation we have every day. It is something we work for every day.

And I wanted to make it very clear that everybody- to everyone that this- this cast, this show, uh this crew? We stand for love and kindness. And- And we know that the fandom does as well.

And we can’t- we could not be more proud of all of you f-for what you stand for and how you spread that love and kindness. So, thank you all.

alec lightwood does not appreciate autumn. he’s cold, it’s constantly raining and somehow the demons love it and crawl out en masse. it means that his gear gets muddy, his boots don’t even resemble themselves anymore, and after he gets thrown to the ground he spends ages picking bits of dirt out of his hair and arrows. (he actually slips on a leaf, but hush, no one has to know that his shadowhunter balance failed him)

the autumn means that he comes home drenched, dirty and in a foul mood. his mood sours even further when firstly he discovers that his leftover noodles disappeared and secondly when he notices the pile of paperwork that has been left on his desk and that he knows that he has to complete by the next morning. he texts magnus, letting him know that he will be home late, and turns around heading back to the kitchen and intending to make himself a strong cup of coffee. he indulges and makes himself some hot chocolate while at it too. while he’s waiting for the milk to heat up, he startles a little as a cold nose nudges his hand. he looks down and smiles as hamlet whines softly and butts his head against his thigh, his tail waggling happily. alec lets his fingers sink into the white fur and pets him for a while, feeling his muscles relax as he caresses his dog’s side. eventually, he picks up the mugs and heads to his office, the dog leading the way. he curls up in his armchair with the blanket thrown over his shoulders and starts sifting through the pile of documents. hamlet lays down at his feet and he takes a sip of his hot chocolate; he sighs as the sweetness hits his tongue and warms him up from the inside. he thinks that maybe autumn isn’t so bad after all.

wow a mood... honestly i'm also tired of thin people on here acting like they're body positive but they would never date a fat person

EXACTLY!! honestly it’s so transparent and it makes me really fucking mad but it also hurts so much that even the people who preach body positivity don’t actually practice it
