Allexandre III of the Romanov dynasty, was Emperor of Russia from 1881 to 1894, and participated in the rapprochement of France in order to finance the industrialization of his country.
In the assembly that is proposed to you, you can discern the two bridges built in honor of the emperor: the one that bears his name in Paris, and the Trinity Bridge in Saint Petersburg.
We also see the emblem of the monarchs of Russia.
Finally, in the philatelic field, a stamp of 1913 issued by Russia which is found incorporated in this assembly.
