Punishment and New Beginnings

Is RHOM going to save the Real Housewives this winter? 

I’ve to say that this season of RHOP and RHOSLC has been lacklustre. 

But Miami has got everything! The women, the lifestyles, the fashion, the drama. The drama!

It’s hard to see why RHOM was ever cancelled, honestly. It’s like Peacock is better with Real Housewives than Bravo!

Larsa Pippen is still mad at Julia Lemigova and Adriana de Moura, but she still invited them to her party for “New Beginnings”.

There’s a feud brewing between Alexia Echevarria and Guerdy Abraira. And Lisa Hochstein, the most important housewife this season, is the odd one out.

After season 4 where it was all about Alexia, I had no idea that Lisa was going to be the centre of the drama of the entire franchise!

She feels disconnected from Larsa after the reunion and she goes into the party with a lot of anxiety. But is it just about Larsa?

She retold a roast about Larsa’s building, and Kiki Barth immediately tattled on her! 

Kiki makes me laugh so much and I’m so glad she’s being messier this season.

It all blew up on Larsa’s vorspiel.

She wanted them to celebrate new beginnings this season, but Lisa claimed that Larsa was punishing her for not supporting her at the reunion.

Personally, I loved the chaos of it all!

The screaming match between Larsa and Lisa when Adriana and Julia walked into the party with a bouquet of olive branches was absurd.

But Lisa’s mind was going like a hamster wheel and all she hears is “renting” and “mortgage”.

Lisa’s marriage is going to go up in flames this season and we’re jumping right into the mess!

She has no qualms in boasting about her husband, Lenny Hochstein’s newfound interest in workout and clean diet.

She’s not afraid of talking about not having sex either. The red flags are everywhere, but Lisa seems clueless.

But it’s certainly uncomfortable to watch her family scenes where she clearly feels disrespected and neglected.

Maybe that’s why she had such a huge reaction to Larsa’s little dig.

The Mystery of Bobby’s Funeral

The issue between Dorinda Medley and Jill Zarin went dark and deep, and I’ve got questions and opinions. 

So, let’s dive into the mystery of Bobby Zarin’s funeral.

Dorinda accused Jill of “making them film” the funeral. Jill claimed that she didn’t see any cameras and that she hadn’t invited Bravo to the funeral.

But in the throwback to the reunion that season, Andy Cohen said that Jill had invited them to film.

When the producers pressed her during a confessional, she questioned why she wasn’t included in the e-mail her former assistant had sent to Bravo.

But then she also said “outside: sure, inside: never”. That was probably what she meant by not seeing any cameras.

There weren’t any cameras inside the actual funeral.

I thought the women were being dramatic in their outrage of Bethenny Frankel filming Bobby’s funeral.

Dorinda, in her condescending manner, called it morbid. I felt like they used any excuse to attack Bethenny at that reunion.

Was it morbid or tacky when Alexia Echevarria and the rest of the cast filmed during her mother’s funeral on RHOM? Outside and not inside, just like with Bobby’s funeral.

Was it tacky or was it an emotional episode, where the women put their differences aside as their issues looked small in the larger scheme of things?

And that’s what happened between Bethenny and Jill. 

They were best friends in the first seasons, but they fell out when things finally started happening for Bethenny.

They had a feud and a huge fallout that went into a cold war between them. Bobby tried to mend the fractured relationship between them.

Therefore, their moment outside of the funeral was huge. It was an incredible moment on the show.

But I suspect that the backlash Jill received after Bobby’s funeral has made her claim that the invitation didn’t come from her.

Listening to the way the women talked about the funeral at the reunion, and it’s easy to think that the negativity made Jill regret her decision to film.

Too bad, because it was an important moment in the history of RHONY.

Once Upon a Kardashian Time

The women are back in Miami after their trip in the Hamptons – and nobody have fond memories. 

They called it “The trip from hell”.

Lisa Hochstein was upset with Alexia Echevarria, Nicole Martin was upset with Marysol Patton. 

But the newbies seemed more put off by Larsa Pippen’s judgment.

I understand why Nicole and Julia Lemigova had an issue with her comment about having a child out of wedlock.

That was a condescending and judgmental comment. It was meant to hurt and offend.

She tried to hurt Nicole by that comment and ended up creating more enemies than she intended to.

I was a little surprised seeing that Larsa was meeting Kiki Barth and Adriana de Moura for drinks.

In the last episode Larsa said in her confessional that Adriana was getting on her nerves and now she’s meeting her for drinks?

It makes me laugh how Kiki always find herself in the middle of craziness though. Her facial expressions always crack me up!

Just like Kathy Hilton was the friend who brought comic relief by playing clueless on RHOBH, Kiki does the same on RHOM.

But they were an odd trio, and it was doomed to fail.

Adriana was poking and goading Larsa into talking about the Kardashians by talking about Kanye West’s dick.

Adriana claimed that she has seen his dick as if it was the most important story that needed to be told that night.

When Larsa calmly and nicely told her to drop it, Adriana threw a fit about telling “the story of her life”…

Adriana appears extremely thirsty (and sweaty)!

I don’t blame Larsa for leaving the table.

They continued with arguing at Guerdy Abraira’s charity event, which was neither the time nor place.

She was clearly bothered by their antics at her event.

Guerdy has spent so much time and energy on this event, and she felt disrespected by Larsa, who showed up extremely late and all she did was making a scene.

Larsa may think that she’s the Queen Bee, but the majority of the group has a bone to pick with her now.

A Sweet Dream or a Beautiful Nightmare

It’s certainly a lot going on at this reunion. Where do I even begin? Maybe the dressing room?

This is the only show that’s as eventful during break as while they’re filming.

Alexia Echevarria went to Julia Lemigova’s dressing room to show how sorry she was for comparing Russian women to prostitutes.

Julia brought up something interesting that wasn’t shown this season, where she had tried to calm the situation in the Bahamas.

Alexia was in rare form this season. She had called Julia a non-feminist and told her to not spin this into a LGBTQ+ thing. What did she mean by that?!

All Julia tried to do in the moment was to try and explain why Adriana de Moura was struggling.

And Alexia was probably unaware that Adriana was in Julia’s dressing room.

It became a screaming match between the two hotheads, where Adriana accused Alexia of outing her ex-husband after he was dead.

All I can say is that Alexia appears to be unravelling this season.

And speaking of outrageous things these housewives say and does:

Larsa Pippen claimed that she had a real job, unlike Nicole Martin who’s a doctor, because she’s “only putting people to sleep”.

That is the most ridiculous, laughable, and embarrassing thing I’ve probably ever heard on this entire franchise. It was that dumb.

She received a clap back from Dr. Tiffany Moon, the only one worth mentioning from RHOD. 

And she and Nicole made a tiktok together. They should meet more often!

But Larsa doesn’t appear to be that high on Andy Cohen’s list of housewives either.

She still won’t back down with her comment about Nicole having a child out of wedlock, and Andy called her an asshole! Yikes!

According to Larsa’s lover however she was winning at this reunion.

It must be nice being Larsa. Everybody just loves her all the time. No critic, because what is there to dislike about her?

And Kiki Barth joined the reunion and shared that she knows models Lenny Hochstein has cheated on Lisa Hochstein with. 

Why didn’t she say anything to Lisa sooner?!
