As his body began to wake up, he knew something was different. He could feel warmth up one side, as though there was someone next to him, clinging onto him, a small snuffling in the room made it even more clear that he was in fact not alone. Bleary eyed he took in the unfamiliar surroundings of the room he was in, his brain trying to catch up with the previous nights antics which made him startle a little in the bed that he was in that was definitely not his own. Looking down it confirmed his suspicions that the future King of Dyamond was in fact asleep with his head resting on his chest. He lay there deadly still, not wanting to disturb the other, afraid of what would happen if the other woke up and saw the position they were in.
Instead he pulled away from the other slowly and with practiced precision, grabbing his jeans off the floor and pulling them on hastily, trying to stay as silent as possible. He thought the best way to deal with this was with a large cup of coffee, so he headed to the campus cafe, his head catching up with what happened the previous night. Him having too much, yet not enough to drink to make himself be more honest then he wished, especially with Charlie. Him confessing feelings he knew had been there for a long time but he had pushed them down, not wanting to even touch them and what that could mean. Charlie... Charlie kissing him, how good the kiss had felt. And then promises, he promised Charlie that he wouldn’t avoid him, that he wouldn’t think that any of that was a mistake. And surprisingly, he didn’t feel that way, in fact he wanted whatever that had happened last night to continue.
That’s why he ordered two coffee’s, two lots of breakfast sandwiches and headed back to he others room with something warm in his chest and a smile on his face as he recalled the way had crawled on him, wanting more and he had promised that they could continue where they left off when they were both sober. A small thrill shot down his spine at that as he reached he others door, trying to sneak back in as quietly as he left.
