I wanted to ask about your opinion on female Aladdin because I saw your tags :3 Would the change be significant? I'm asking because I thought about this before (and about female Alibaba, but that's not what was author's plan, it's just my idle musing). I came to conclusion that probably nothing would really change because Aladdin is a giant cutie no matter what.
i don't remember characters in the series ever being judged because of their gender, so i honestly don't think aladdin's treatment would change if he was a girl instead
really, my interest in turning guys like aladdin and sinbad into females is just me wanting female characters in a relevant position of power. while there are a lot of fantastic and wonderful ladies in magi, only a few of them have any dramatic influence over the series in terms of plot/storyline
