So a friend and I were talking about the pandering scene in Star Trek (2009) where Uhura comes in with Kirk hiding under the bed, and immediately starts stripping.
Me: So it must be that Kirk’s junk lets out a siren’s call that is irrisitable to all living beings.
Friend: No, it’s just that it emits an aura that makes your skin feel gross, causing all nearby people to strip their clothes off in a desperate effort to claw off their own flesh. It’s an STD he picked up.
