You are not delusional. Your own Knowledge of What and Who you Are is not of myself. You are Correct. Perhaps you misinterpret your own Knowledge, though it is never wrong.
Just take care your Knowledge does no harm, in general.
Unless your own knowledge is of myself?
(Listen, I'm trying to be comforting!😭)
Disclaimer: This post features light spoilers for Delicious in Dungeon (or Dungeon Meshi) and The Summer Hikaru Died on account of my identity. Please read with caution.
Part of my alterhumanity involves being equally human and nonhuman. I’d say my nonhumanity drives my interest in humanity, not the other way around. I exist as a folkloric figure because of it. After all, there would be no Br’er Lion— let alone Br’er Rabbit and others like us— without the culture of the African-American community and the African diaspora by extension. However, that doesn’t end with folkloric identity.
This is carried through my fictionhood, particularly as an extraterrestrial entity. I’m an alien whose feelings towards humanity is quite reciprocal. I’ve grown up in their society and once saw myself as completely mundane as them until I made some self-discoveries. Regardless, I’m still as curious about them and their way of life as they are of urban legends, unexplainable occurrences, and of course aliens.
Despite all the different ways I am an alien or alien-like entity, each experience is tied together by a connection or fascination with human life.
Alien[ation]
An Angel is an Alien
is a meteorite crash
is a freeway collapsed,
Is what's left of the nuclear aftermath:
a radioactive half-life,
a mutation of never-ending forms that shift and change what they are to survive.
It is the question and the answer,
It is a message.
Amoeboid music :)
So there I was, engaged in yet another pointless argument when suddenly, the person said "you are a Human" (not malicious I think). I had to restrain myself from going "uhm Akhtually I am in fact not!🤓" because I wasn't sure if it would've been a safespace. 😂
*laughing through the pain*
Calling All Alienkin!
For any of those who are celestial, i.e. not of Earth—alien, come join Celestial Life; an Alienkin community I'm trying to build up!
I am searching specifically for other Alienkin. However, Celestial Life is open to the spacekin umbrella.
Celestial Life doesn't have much, but we are still new and we Need more members to begin any projects or plan events; so if event planning and/or project planning is something you're interested in helping out with, we welcome you! And if you just want a place to hang out with your fellow celestials, you're welcome too.
Check out the 🛸Celestial Life🪐 community on Discord - hang out with 22 other members and enjoy free voice and text chat.
