Was in a super good mood yesterday and I’ve just been playing my take me to the outer space playlist on spotify. It’s mixed of upbeat and like mellow kind of vibes songs but they like take me to a different place whenever I listen to them that’s why the playlist is named like that. Mostly consists of like electropop and more on electronic sounds, japanese inspired-ish kinda music, repetitive lyrics. Thought I’d share them here, just picked those kind of happy upbeat vibes :-)

Most are just repetitive words and lines, beats and rythm with no lyrics. The songs mostly has that chill vibes and takes you on a trip to the galaxy feels, hence, the name of the playlist. Feel free to check it out on spotify so you can also listen to other songs with the same feels. Because of last year’s Malasimbo Arts & Music Festival, I got hooked into this kind of music. Kasi isipin mo nalang yung sobrang nature feels, puro puno, ang lamig ng hangin tapos ganito yung tugtugan. Sobrang solid nung experience na yun. Kaso lang ang mahal na ng tickets this year tapos inaabangan ko talaga yung Paradise IMF so dun nalang ako. Hahaha. Lol. I’ve probably listed some of these songs already on my playlist posts. So I made this playlist on Spotify entitled ‘Take me to the galaxy’. The songs that are in it are those electropop, indie, electronic, pop, chill, trippy, hippie vibe-ish, type of songs. I got introduced to this kind of music during last year’s Malasimbo Art and Music Festival last March. It would be their 8th year next year and I hope they invite some of these artists to play there.

Some artists are not on spotify so I listen to them on soundcloud. I also browse the people they follow sometimes to discover more artists that also has kind of the same music or genre like them. I really listen to a wide variety of music and appreciate all kinds of genre. Sometimes you just have a mood where you want to listen to certain kind of songs and today is the day for these.
These are songs I will "todo todo" to when I’m even older. Can't wait.
