It’s Saturday evening and this is most definitely a gaming weekend. Went to our local little toy convention here in town and I gotta admit I am happy with the haul I brought back.

Let’s start with the two PS2 games I picked out. I’ve always been a Rayman fan and getting this lovely game on PS2 was a no brainer for me. My friend and I both had a mini freak out over the Jak game. Kinda excited to find that!

NES is my most current obsession. Had one way back in the day and it was given away and not by my choice. Now I am going back and collecting way past what I had actually owned on it and loving it.

Thank you to my awesome friend (you will always know who you are) to picking me up that NES cleaning kit.

Wave Racer was a neat find if only because my friend and I had literally the day before been discussing how it isn’t that bad of a game and I never had it in my 64 collection until now.

One thing to know about me is I am a hard core Zelda fan. I love everything Zelda. Finding a good price from an awesome seller meant I could finally pick up the Gameboy version of what I believe to be one of the best Zelda games out there for handheld.

Last but not least is probably one of the more unusual things I have thought to buy. Banjo-Kazooie for the 64 is in my top 20 games of all time. When I saw this outrageous VHS tape with the commercial for the game on it showing the old Blockbuster logo (RIP Blockbuster you are missed) I wasn’t going to question buying this.

Was in a super good mood yesterday and I’ve just been playing my take me to the outer space playlist on spotify. It’s mixed of upbeat and like mellow kind of vibes songs but they like take me to a different place whenever I listen to them that’s why the playlist is named like that. Mostly consists of like electropop and more on electronic sounds, japanese inspired-ish kinda music, repetitive lyrics. Thought I’d share them here, just picked those kind of happy upbeat vibes :-)
