The Chief examines her knife.

The R.A. falls silent. She scrunches up her whole face and stares at the Chief. When she finally talks, it’s in a tiny voice.
Osamu and I met in a pretty roundabout way! It happens after I’ve transferred to a college in Japan for English on the basis that I’ll teach ESL there.
While taking classes, I meet Yachi (who’s dating Hinata) as she’s learning to become an ad designer, and we become good friends over the years.
We remain friends even after I drop out of college and give up on teaching, taking up proofreading so as to stay in Japan.
During her senior year, when MSBY is up against the Adlers, Yachi invites me to go watch the game with her, and I get to meet the team after their big win. I’m introduced to her boyfriend, Hinata, and immediately make another friend (aka the introvert gets adopted by the extrovert).
Atsumu suggests celebrating the win at Onigiri Miya, and so we all head that way, surprising Osamu in the best and worst way possible (he's happy to see everyone but omg he has other customers and we're taking up the entire place).
Through the chaos of celebration, I don't focus on Osamu beyond the fact I put two and two together that Atsumu has a twin, and he's just as cute if not cuter to me.
I decide to visit the restaurant again in the following week, having enjoyed the food and company, and when Osamu mentions I look familiar, I remind him I was there at the celebration and how I know Yachi and now Hinata. With the friendly tie between us, I make it a point to visit once a week.
He teases me about it, saying I must like seeing him, but I say it's because I'm trying to figure out the secret ingredient of his onigiri. He was not aware he had a secret ingredient. But he plays along, saying I just need to keep coming back, then.
