There’s a couple, but not many. They’re interspersed through the invertebrates tag. You can also find a couple of them tagged under snails, but I’m not sure if that’s all of them or not… I’d be happy to find more for you regardless, though :)

3 MY PETSI have a dog (Lulu), a kitten (Hana), 3 bettas (Moriarty, Triton, Bubbles), and like a TON of nerite snails (Lestrade, Hombre, Mack, Scotter, Freddy, Albert). 

4 COMPUTER SCIENCEme and cs have a love-hate relationship. when it’s good? it’s fan-freaking-tastic *3* doing cool stuff like makin websites and coding smol projects n stuff~ when it’s bad? i want to bang my head against the wall and cry because the compiler is an asshole and what bugs? WHERE ARE THE BUGS!? and why you gotta throw me them segfaults bruh? ;n; okay, maybe I just have a love-hate relationship with c. 

5 THE PEOPLE IN MY PERSONAL LIFEmy friends and family and loved ones that aren’t really involved in tumblr or in fishkeeping? i love them too (even if they think I’m ‘the crazy fish lady’ lol I only got 3 fish I’m gonna need some more fish if I’m gonna live up to that title) :3

Hey ignore my other ask, I don't think I finished it but I cannot quite remember. Are your isopods easy to care for? Do you have any caresheets you can recommend to me? Yours are so cute! Also, I was wondering if ones found in backyards could be kept as pets, the little gray ones? We have tons near our house! Thanks and have a nice day! Hope your animal friends are doing well.

Here is my Isopod Caresheet! They are very easy to care for.

Yes, you can keep the ones you find outside as pets. My Fast Isopods (Philoscia muscorum) and my Common Pillbugs (Armadillidium vulgare) were both collected in my backyard. Both have already had babies in my care. Sometimes you can even find unique color variations outside. 

If you catch wild ones, I suggest culturing them on their own for a while before adding any to bioactive enclosures, in case they were exposed to chemicals.

Hey! I know you have probably answered this countless times before but what is the minimum gallon (us) size enclosure for a leopard gecko? I've seen everything from ten gallons to 50 as just the minimum but I'd like to get a good sized one. Thank you so much and have a nice day!

20 long’s the smallest I’d go! I will use 10s for babies/juveniles, though.

Hey! So you posted Dirt Queens habitat and while I'm not quite sure how long ago that was, I'm wondering if you bought that leave litter? If not, did you freeze it? I want to use some in my snail tank but I also don't want little bug friends to come in with it. Thank you and have a nice day!

I’ve bought some leaf litter and I also collect it, I’m not sure which I did for that particular build! Here are a few easy steps I follow when collecting leaf litter1. Collect leaf litter from an area that has not been sprayed with pesticides or fertilizers if possible. Keep in mind what you could potentially be bringing in on the leaves. 2. Thoroughly rinse the leaves in hot water. Boiling the leaves is also an option if they are sturdy enough3. Bake the leaves at a low temperature for an hour or so

And then it’s safe to add them to your enclosure! I will say though, for amphibians I highly recommend buying pre-sterilized leaf litter because of their semi-porous skin and general sensitivities.

Hello! So I just found these two cute little garden snails outside (in march, wow!) and I set up a nice tank with dirt and some leaves and kale. They were out in a small holding tank, but now they will not come out of their shells. It's been about an hour. Is this alright? Are they adjusting? Thank you so very much!

It sounds like you’ve done everything right for garden snails. They’re probably just startled from being moved around. Give them a few more hours, and make sure the soil is nice and moist. They’ll probably come poking out when they’re comfortable :)
