One of my funniest swtor headcanon is that since the game didn’t tell us who our republic senator is, I decided that my jedi knight commander picked Darth Occlus. Who he thought was a good canditate due to her « previous political experience ».

(but mostly he was trying to make a point. Oh, you’re making all the members of the Alliance into republic citizens and erasing their past in your files so you don’t have to sit in the discomfort of admitting you’re working with previous enemies, because then you might have to admit that it’s possible to work with / make pace with the empire and a forever war isn’t the only solution? Well though shit, here’s a pureblood sith and former dark council member showing up to all your meetings. You’re going to have to look at her and collaborate with her every day. Also she’s mildly haunted. Ignore that last part.)

Rass full of Sass, Rass the Ass or Rasscal? He's bold in battle, less so when it comes to one-on-one situations. Known for dry humour, yet he will never make fun of you other than spaceship crashing references. He's constantly concerned about the Commander's wellbeing and safety and bonus points for healthy brother bond with Jekiah. So he's witty, fun and caring and loves dogs - just can't say 'no' to the Mando Boy.

When you're about to say goodbye to your bae, but accidentally bump into your teacher 😅 The complete lack of logical explanation about going on Ord Mantell given by this absolute no-one still makes my teeth grind. Who are you and why should the Alliance Commander even listen?

Having so many companions obviously leads to some of them being neglected. Not only by the player but by the writers as well. We've seen a small pack brought back into spotlight in KOTFE/ KOTET and Kira/Scourge later on which was satisfying but also raised our hopes for other popular companions, especially love interests. A shame only Lana/Theron still get an update afterwards and are present all missions along. And if they are not romanced, well, the game seems to be loosing an important part of the story. Even after reuniting with LI, there are no interactions, not even any new voice line or short comment when entering new locations. You can't expect players to remain bound to the very first LI, unless they are creative enough to cover the story in between (I'm not, it's been 10 years with no action). Perhaps the writers wanted us to move on based on game budget limitations (voice acting and all)? But they could add some letters at the very least, that doesn't cost much, eh?
