Guerilla-cooking on Sunday: I peeled some potatoes, chopped them in smaller cubes, cooked them for about 15 minutes. I chopped 3 big red onions, fried them with vegan minced meat, spiced with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme. I gave the potatoes to the onions, fried, put 3 chopped tomatoes into the pan, opened a can with baked beans, gave it to the pan, chopped a piece of garlic, put it into the pan, stired, put the pan lid on, waited a few minutes - that's it. Delicious and vegan.
