Today was Boo-tay Day! 🍑

Doing 15 reps of these almost got me! By the 10th rep, my booty was on 🔥! If you want a great booty workout, this is it!!! Those Fire Hydrant Press Backs almost did me in right from the start! 🥵

While I ❤️ a great CHALLENGE because that's when you're going to see change, I also ❤️ focusing on the positive even it was an easier move! 😆 So the Squat Releve Opens almost had me intimidated just by the name but once I did it, it became my favorite move! Hello thighs!!! 🤣

And I think Autumn went a little light on us by giving us Skier Swings for a bonus move! Is she getting soft now that it's at the end??? 🤔 Naw!!!

Tomorrow I have Cardio Flow and with the new moves in that workout, my massage this morning and a day of self care, I'm going to CHALLENGE myself to stick to this workout!
