Good Morning ☀️ This is me, she’s happy, she’s in a good space but realizes that she needs to make some changes. So this is her making plans, ready for the changes ahead and while she’s excited, she also knows things won’t go as planned and there may even be set backs but she’s prepared and hey it’s ok to feel defeated and cry when things don’t go the way she planned. She’ll keep trying and praying and hoping for the best. Wanna come along for the ride? xo #thisisme #hi #almost51 #reflections #lifegoals #lifekeepsgettingbetter #thingsarehappening #thingsarechanging #letsdothis #icandohardthings #selfie #myface #allofme #transformation #illmakeithappen #she #sheiswoman #mylife #embracethejourney (at Palm Springs, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/CSCixXUlfyy/?utm_medium=tumblr
It has never been a secret that I have straight hair until I sweat. Then, it turns into a curly mess. #memorylane is full of bittersweet memories. For one thing, that baby in that picture did not know that she was not supposed to read or understand English. To this day, if I go to a foreign country, I will turn the local TV on and within a couple of days understand what they are saying, even though I don't know the language. I'm no genius, anybody can do this. Why do you think it is easier to learn a language if you inmerse yourself in the culture? If you don't limit yourself, there is nothing stopping you from figuring it out. This girl had dreams, and for a while, she forgot. Now, she remembers that the fact that I'm 50 does not stop me from making those dreams come true. Consider checking out the link on the bio and helping me accomplish my dream faster. #birthdaygirl #15daysfromnow #almost51 #dreams #goals #entrepreneur
Being #fitat50 can be really HARD, but it's worth every minute in the gym, every glass of wine/champagne, slice of pizza, piece of bread, every french fry I have to forgo (the list can go on forever, so I'll stop there). Looking and feeling good, especially at my age, feels so much better! #itgetsgreaterlater #thisis50 #almost51 . . . Sidebar: this pic was taken months ago. My arms and shoulders look so much better now (in my humble opinion) 😉
