I’m choked up thinking of the way Dostoevsky writes about Alexei in his introductory chapter. Writing the life back into a lost child must be quite the emotional experience. I have to assume the great lengths the narrator goes to extol Alexei’s many virtues is rooted deeply in the grief Dostoevsky felt over the loss of his two children and his wish to give them the adulthood they’d never see.

I think this is the first time I'm posting something I actually drew myself publicly where others can see it. But I'm thinking about Bloodborne OCs and I have a meme image that I believe is fun.

Starting my hunter Erabeth on the left, and @undefeatablesin's hunters Ruza in the center and Aloysha on the right. I imagine Ruza would be very tired dealing with two violent hunters, but also it's totally in the forbidden woods with all the damn snakes.
