Sophia teasing them and letting them say humiliating humbling words like “say please” “beg louder” “apologize for being a jerk” and after much teasing, she ties them to the chair and teases them with a whole lap dance and some lingering touches but she cockblocks them and becomes a whole menace by not even touching them or letting them get off

I think that by this time alphas manon, dani, and lara are not even dating omega sophia yet. Like they do have an internal arrangement in the group to help each other out during ruts and heats for the benefit of the group (and also as mandated by the management) so it’s kind of like a friends with benefits situation.
In this hdc I also think megan is an omega but yoonchae would not allow any of her alpha unnies to touch or even go closer to megan (her gf) during their ruts so yep, that only leaves sophia as the one omega in the group who can help out marzini during their ruts.

So when Sophia arrived without a bra to the rehearsals and Yunjin—an alpha—is visiting them and is obviously enchanted at those peeking nubs from against Sophia’s thin white shirt, they go absolutely feral, jealous, protective and possessive.
They try to keep it at bay at first (because they dont have a label duh), but when Yunjin moves even closer to Sophia to deliberately ask for a hug and when Sophia does reach up to give her a hug, her chest and nipples pressing against Yunjin’s, that’s when Marzini lets out a growl.
Dani is quick to pull Sophia’s arm to separate them, Manon is draping her oversized jacket over Sophia, and Lara is pushing and having a growling stand-off with Yunjin.
Eventually, Yunjin gets the message and backs off to leave but not before Sophia gives her an apologetic and sweet goodbye that had the other three sEETHING.
Once Yunjin has left, Sophia is rolling her eyes and is annoyed at the alphas like she thinks they went overboard with that public show of possessiveness and to one of her friends too so she tries to get away from their grasp in annoyance.
But then the three alphas look back at her with an intense gaze that immediately shuts her up and puts her in place because those alphas are obviously still angry at the fact that now another alpha knows about her nipple piercings dgshhshss
Manon tilts her face up by gripping on her jaw and says something about “remember who you belong to”
Daniela and Lara are sharing the same annoyed and scary expression and Sophia gulps because she knows it’s going to be a long night.

they do their best to calm down their pissed omega with kisses all over her temple and forehead and sophia just lets out a soft “hmnp” but giggles against their shoulders while like sandwiched in between them (she is exactly where she wants to be)

i think sophia is the most level headed about this (and danon is surprised that she’s taking this so well). she cuddles her two alphas and calms them down with her pheromones when they’re crashing out, she cooks and deals with dani’s cravings and makes sure the pregnant alpha gets all the cuddles and love. Sophia is making sure that manon is ready and not panicking, singlehandedly dealing and taking care of both of them in the stressful process of dani’s pregnancy.
Dani jokes about how she will never get pregnant again because wtf are these contractions they hurt so much. She even jokes at Sophia to get ready because the moment the baby comes out of her, she’ll be the one to put a baby next into their omega.
Manon and Sophia laugh at her (but they are looking forward to it)
I loved the OnlySofia HC, and even more so that Megan was the first one, lol, like a silent infiltrator, and it's precisely because she fulfilled all of Sofia's wishes that she was chosen. But I also like the idea of Meichae happen and Marzini doing everything to be the next ones to record with Sofia.
