I think it would depend on the circumstances for a lot of them: how much pain are they in? How hot are they? Etc. Etc. But I can give you some of my instinctual thoughts! :D
Most of them love cuddles and belly rubs while pregnant, as long as you time it right!
Riddle likes foot rubs the best while pregnant. Probably because he kept wearing heels for a bit too long, rip his feet 🙏🏻
Deuce is incredibly clingy and likes to be entirely encased in a cuddle as much as possible. I imagine both him and you in oversized hoodies, squished on the sofa under a blanket, just snuggling while Deuce cries about how small the baby's hands and feet are.
Ace likes to lean. He'll lean up against your side. He's not massive on constant cuddling though. I think he gets overheated very easily while pregnant.
Cater... can be complicated and cagey. Some nights he won't get off your lap and loves when you poke at the baby when they move. Other nights he can't cope with you touching him at all. You have to let him initiate.
Trey loooooooves tummy rubs while pregnant. He always hums, all happy, whenever you rub his tummy. He's quite snuggly in general as well.
Leona wants belly rubs constantly. He doesn't let you stop cuddling him or petting him. He's very displeased when your 'hand is getting sore.' His whole body is sore! So keep stroking his back! 😤
Ruggie loves cuddles. He likes to curl into you, or have you spoon him. Tummy rubs are also appreciated.
Jack doesn't like tummy rubs that much, but he likes when you engage with his bump. Read his bump a story or hold headphones up to it and he's basically melting. He prefers having you near, but not touching him all the time in general.
Azul is like Cater. He goes back and forth. He wants nothing more in the world than to cling, but his body issues are complicated. Unlike with Cater, you can and should absolutely push him a bit and get him to understand that you think he's beautiful. Tummy rubs are a no, usually though. He gets a bit weird about that.
Jade is fine either way. He more likes watching you rub his bump as opposed to feeling you do it. But he's not clingy in general.
Kalim loves them! Bump rubs are his favourite things in the world! He likes sitting between your legs while you rest against the headboard, his back to your chest. That makes him feel really safe.
He rolls his eyes when you do it, but Jamil secretly likes when you rub his bump. Just don't do it in public. There's nothing that pisses him off more than people, including you, getting all touch feely on his bump out in public. He's pregnant, not public property.
Vil likes if you rub moisturiser on his bump. He's also a fan of the foot and calf rubs, probably also because of the heels, which he wears the entire pregnancy because he's built different.
Rook...nothing makes him happier. Love on his as much as possible, love on your baby as much as possible. He's very enamoured watching you do it.
You might make Epel feel a bit stifled if you're too much. He's another one who is incredibly fucking hot all the time while pregnant! Sex is your best best for physical bonding with Epel while pregnant. His libido is nuts.
Idia is embarrassed! But... it is nice sometimes.... Only sometimes!
Malleus is addicted to touches like this. Be careful of you're going to have a giant, pregnant (?) lizard laying on top of you, rumbling so loudly you can feel it in your bones. If he can even get pregnant?? I honestly don't know if the eggs just pop into existence with the power of love.
Lilia needs back rub, he's in pain! Massages are one of the only things keeping him functional lol. Helping him stretch too. All of that means more to him than bump rubs, but he's cool with those too.
Silver is very soft that you like to pamper him. His favourite is just when you let him rest his head on your lap or shoulder.
Sebek doesn't understand why you feel the need to paw at him all the time... except he's also a boneless pile of goo when you get going. He's humouring you, so he says... you also think he might be drooling...
Neige is one that likes the complete cocoon hug. Let him bury his face into your chest, bump allowing, and then completely cover him with your arms and blankets. He needs to come out of that cocoon unsure what year it is. That's how comfortable he needs to be.
Minajael is so fucking grumpy when he's heavily pregnant. His signature smirk is a rare sight lol. He has insomnia, so rubbing his bump to help him sleep is much appreciated. Minajael returns to his normal self once the baby is out though, haha, don't worry.
Rielle giggles whenever you rub at his bump. He's very happy, and he takes more negative things in stride. When it's something very uncomfortable though, he likes to pout and get lots of cuddles. He loves to be spoilt, so cuddles, massages, rubs, all of it is so nice! And snacks! He also loves snacks!
