hes either in a nightmare, shaking and about to cry when his arms subconsciously look for your figure in his bed, fingers grazing the flesh of your stomach and clinging to you, pulling you closer to him as he places his head on your stomach- and if youre awake you may even rummage your hand through his locks🥺
OR he wakes up from a nightmare, gasping awake with wide eyes immediately whipping his head around for you, once finding it he peels your arms off your own body, his quivering lip trying its best to calm down and his sniffles trying to lower their volume when he gently curls himself into you, his head settling on your stomach and his arms wrapping around your body
