I can't find anything about the MadoHomu thing so I doubt its legitimacy. Ayumi Kuroiwa was fired from Production IG for tweeting NSFW art of some Haikyuu characters including ship stuff, but that seemed to have less to do with shipping the characters, and more to do with it being sexually explicit art drawn in the official art style. Noguchi isn't doing anything remotely like that.
