one who's been down there so long s/he can't recall ever having been alive; one who's fresh, but the colourful, dreamlike flashes of their lives on Earth interspersed throughout the show are slowly fading as their identities slip away

and all the while, no matter how big and bad they all think they are, the threat of the ever-hungry Leviathan looms over them

omg YES EXACTLY and just imagine what a lesson in taking it would be for dean, who has always given so much of himself, never expecting much in return, and cas is there for him, wants to care for him, and in bed he is never very interested in getting himself off, but he likes to see dean come apart, likes to show him how important he is, and dean is so confused because he's actually the only one getting to orgasm, but at some point he just gets it, and he understands that this is what cas needs, and that even if dean isn't used to be in a relationship with someone who won't let him do all of the giving, he can learn to work his insecurities around it, and they can both be so good for each other.

I think I 94% hate-watch it as a vigil for Adam. Also, I had to go look up the episodes of s5 and I forgot how there used to be fun/funny episodes

except I finally watched this week's episode and the freckles made a strong cameo, so maybe they'll stick around this season unlike the TERRIBLE fake tan last season
