I need people who are neither a-spec or autistic to stop headcanoning obviously autistic characters as a-spec BECAUSE of their autism/autistic traits. You do not know how freaking ablist you come across. Why is it always the autistic characters and never the neurotypicals? Why is it you see a character and say you think they're autistic because "they would be too busy with their toys anyway" and would find feelings "a distraction from their work". That is just.
