There were literal armies of people, and I was honestly disappointed with how white they all ended up. The closest we got was a villain with darkish skin, depending on the lighting.

This is a weird gripe, but Hiccup's mom should have had much larger boobs. In canon, her breastplates are used as helmets. Just sayin. I had pictured her to be a full-bodied viking gal in the first movie, but whatevs I guess.
