Vi can definitely be a protector without being a cop, easily. Bouncer, urban firefighter, WILDLAND firefighter 🥵, etc. It's kind of just hot for her to be a bit of a bully to Jinx when it's also what she wants out of the deal. She can't help it that Vi pushing her around (consensual) and being able to man handle her and "put her in her place" is what gets her going.

Absolutely devastating for a Vi that's a bastard because when she finds out Jinx is into her there would literally never be anything that would stop her again. For a Vi that is more considerate and kind it would also be a turn on that Jinx or Powder likes her pushing her around, likes her being stronger than her and wants her to bully her a little.
