Its insane how people in the otherkin/alterhuman community are so bigoted?! Like- what?! How can you be racist and homophobic or hate on otherkins/alterhumans just because they aren't the same otherkin/alter human as you. It's so crazy to me! Like I said last rant. How can you ask for equality and then shun others.
Not to mention how much ableist language is used. Like- when they don't agree with someone they call them 'delusional'... Excuse me? Are you saying someone is mentally ill so therefore they aren't valid? That's insanely false. Mental illness does not mean invalid.
Can we also talk about how much the otherkin community shun the people who identify as otherkin by choice? Otherkinity is not always just something you're born as or develop into. Some people chose otherkinity and that's just as valid. This should be a safe space for people to express their identities. Choice or not.
Also the racism I have seen against the poc in the community. It's disgusting. We are all equal. We all need to start treating each other like it.
We need to lift each other up and support one another.
I love you all therians, fickins, alterhumans and poc alterhumans, plantkins, objectkins, conceptkins, and all other types of alter humanity ❤ you a re loved. Valid. And safe here on this blog.
**edit** it's come to my attention that when I said otherkin/alterhuman it came off as me using them interchangeably. I didn't mean it like that I apologise if it did. I was trying to refer to both of them at the same time and I was rushing this post at the time and I never proof read it. From now on I will reword it to some thing like 'otherkin AND alter human' instead of 'otherkin/alterkin' sorry again❤
