I think you can re-watch it! So if you skip ahead you can probably see the rest!
Augh, but *nothing* is loading right now. It's just stuck on one screen and buffering indefinitely. The "go live!" button is there but if I press it nothing happens. I think my internet is conspiring against me. ;_;
What was the sneak-peek, for those who saw it?
altogetherunexpected replied to your post: Did anyone elses event cut out?
Oh baby, no D; Mine went to the end. D;
Are you serious? Aw, man. I paid for this, PJ. WHY HAVE YOU FORSAKEN ME? It literally stopped just after he said "we don't have a trailer ready for you, it's still being finished but you can expect it this summer-"
And then it cut off.
An Interesting Creature
In truth, while Aulë had long been aware of the existence of hobbits, he'd never paid much mind to them. Oh, he liked them well enough. They were gentle creatures with steady hands, and while not terribly taken with his own works, they were loyal and sturdy, and Aulë loved them as he did all the Children of the Father.
But now? He found one in particular had been called to his attention, and he intended to get to know what he could about the sensible hobbit. That being the case, late one night, the smell of roasting mushrooms and hot tea wafted along the wind to Bilbo, and Aulë sat back and waited for the hobbit to come along.

THAT WAS ONE TIME, BAGGINS!
The Price of Victory [Fili and Bilbo]
Emerging from the healing tent Bilbo’s hand remained at his chest, unabashed tears falling down pale cheeks. He could still feel Thorin’s calloused hand across his brow, his final words ringing so loud all else seemed mute. Small hands tugged the blanket tighter around his frame, vision swarmed from anguish or injury he could not tell. The hand on his shoulder was scarcely recognized, but the low voice was a comforting one and Bilbo raised his head, even that gentle motion taxing. He had been injured, the voice said, he needed to be cared after of his gash may yet take him.
A small part of him near wished it, but the hobbit was quick to dash that thought away. He would heed those last words of the King. Value food and cheer, song above wealth. Even if his heart would not see it, Bilbo wanted to find this merrier world for the dwarf. Still, Thorin’s death was heavy at his heart, and learning of Kili’s falling only added to that wound.
Grief took him like no steel could, its bite sharp and painful.
The hours swirled passed and Bilbo took no note, his hand remained at his chest all while an elderly dwarf tended his wounds, as someone spoke to him in hushed tones, when a tender hand took hold of him and lead him down the hall. Bilbo followed in silence, and only as he passed the iron gates did he realize where he was being lead. “The young Prince seeks your guidance. You were the last to hear the late King’s word,” He did not recognize the dwarf who was leading him, but as they moved he realized the tent to house many of the company.
“Laddie,” Balin was the first to approach, placing a gentle hand on Bilbo’s shoulder, and finally the hobbit found the will to smile. “We’d all thought you lost.” His voice was drained, as did the rest of the company look. Weariness seemed the common trait, but many found joy.
Erebor was reclaimed.
That was the goal this entire adventure, take back what had been lost. Bilbo was unsure if the price paid was worth it, if what was lost along the way had been just. Finally his eyes fell to Fili, the dwarf who would be crowned King Under the Mountain. His steps were light, and he felt the eyes upon him but he did not heed them, his focus was only one the child that had lost so much. (He may have ranked Bilbo in age, but he was still only a child among dwarves, and in heart.) He offered a smile that hurt to show, pushed down his own anguish to give comfort where he knew it would be needed. “How do you fair?”
