I can just imagine Bulkhead remembering some funny situation and then asking Bumblebee if he remembers it, only to be met with a blank face. Then he'd try asking about more and more things, testing Bee's memory, only to realize his friend can barely remember how the two met in the first place. (He could, but barely.)

Bulkhead would be so sad that Bee’s memory has just gotten worse. The Bee from before the AllSpark disaster and the Bee after it are so drastically different to him. He used to be so energetic, snappy, rude, fun, and now he’s just this weird old mech who falls asleep every 3 kliks and can barely be bothered to do anything. I think Bulkhead would try to make Bee do the things he used to do, like racing or sparring in hopes that he can bring the old Bee back, but Bee can’t do any of that as well as he used to.
Looks like in some way two bots “died” that cycle.
