Why does Instagram insist on deleting pictures of me simply loving myself!? I don’t understand it, I don’t agree with it, and it’s something that I have to battle with daily. Holy inch worms 🐛 I almost died....twice I hate the Saturday workout 😂😂 Last year... I could not do the whole workout I could not do a gorilla I could not do the jump through I could not do more than one mule Today, I was a day late but I got that stuff done! I completed the entire workout to the end. Every move... although tricep crabs were really difficult. Just one week, ONE!!! I feel so much stronger. It’s not about weighing less (although it was done 3.4 pounds) it’s about completing what I have committed to. It’s about pushing myself because I KNOW I am capable of doing it. It’s about gaining confidence and feeling the changes in my muscles and knowing that I am increasing my strength and endurance.  I made a Creative Calling Diagram, of my strengths, weaknesses, and improvements that I will make for 2017. From attending Oately Academy, I’m getting inspired and better at taking leaps in my art and I hope that this continues.
