i like to think that if reader and finnick are from the same district that he probably mentored her, so off the bat reader is already very special to him.

and if anything, finnick is just protective in general. i see him as someone once he forms a connection with them — he’s never letting them go, he’s like emotionally attached to them at that #mecore

if reader was from another district, i’d say he’s watched them during their games — and once they came out the arena and after the crowning ceremony he’s taking the time to get to know them and even after one conversation he’s like: “i need to protect them, so much.”

he’d even go as far as protecting them from snow’s little ring, no matter their district, like he’d even take on the extra clients that want reader just to satisfy them if it meant protecting them from this hell hole.

but at the end of the day finnick would literally DIE for their partner, before and after they get together, he would literally punch a capitolite if they said so much as one wrong thing to his partner (but reader has to hold him back so he doesn’t get in trouble with snow).

hi, my love !! i apologize for such a late reply bb i’m doing my best to catch up on my inbox. she’s still a work-in-progress with her storyline as there are many gaps to be filled, but i’ll ramble on with what i definitely know !! so she is stannis baratheon’s firstborn to his first wife, who is an oc, ellyn dondarrion. originally, i wasn’t gonna have aly have a different mother, but it actually ended up making a lot more sense to aly’s personality and upbringing rather than having selyse as her biological mother. she was born on blackhaven during robert’s rebellion, but spent most of her youth at dragonstone. when she was eight, she was sent to be fostered in winterfell under the care of house stark and was to be taught the proper ways of being a lady ( per selyse’s request ).

aly is a lady, but she was also born with the heart of a stag and a mind made of lightning. yes, she likes to wear pretty, velvet dresses and have winter roses in her hair, but she also enjoys swinging a sword and shooting arrows with her bow. aly likes the finer things in life while simultaneously likes to get her hands dirty and not act so proper all the time.

she gets along with the starks very well for the most part !! mainly, the boys plus arya. she, sansa, and catelyn get along as well ( bc in this house, women support women ) but definitely not as much as she does with the rest. but her and jon are definitely very close if u know what i mean 👀.

they were each other’s first love, and sadly, it takes many years for them to ever become more than two people who are hopelessly in love with each other, but can never do anything about it. however, they need to go through their own separate paths for them to eventually follow the same one. it’s for the best for each of their own character arcs, but yea it takes a long time unfortunately.

again, i still have much to figure out in terms of plotting because there is so much i have yet to explore within my own ideas so a lot is subjective to change in the future. but these are the main ideas that i know are for sure staying ( unless ofc i change my mind lol ). but yea i hope u like aly and are excited to see what’s to come !!

so like obviously both of them had kissed before with people in their districts (and capitol in finnick’s case) but their first kiss was

something.

i imagine it’s the 70th games and the tribute that aurora has died and she’s sad so finnick invites her to stay the night at his apartment so she doesn’t have to see and deal with blight and district 7’s escort who’s a bitch.

but it’s like late at night and in classic stories neither of them can’t sleep and also aurora has been having anxiety about annie and finnick dating so suddenly she decides to tell finnick now while she’s here so she tries to leave her room but

finnick was already at the door, his hand ready to knock on her door but aurora opens it. they stand there for a moment and no one knows who made the first move but suddenly they’re in each other’s arms and their lips meet.

it’s like those classic romance movies when you rush to someone and kiss them idk how to explain it bc i’ve deadass never watched a romance movie BUT ITS LIKE THAT!!!

and when they pulled away, they just smiled and laughed bc wow they waited four years for nothing if they just went into each other like that like animals lol

but yes omg omg this is so canon like lucy gray and songbird just chilling with the covey, looking all happy and in love.

songbird plays the accordion but i feel that she also paints to get extra money for the covey and at first she’s not a fan of it because it’s just so the covey can survive but slowly she’s loving it and it becomes a hobby for her and she’s really talented. i think she also paints the covey portraits just cus and it’s actually really popular later down the line because songbird also paints lucy gray a lot more than the others — and so district 12 actually gets to see their first ever victor <33

and in a way with ballad and all of that, i think lucy gray just goes into obscurity herself, she rejects the victor village house the year after, she rather stay in where the covey is and her and songbird just simply go into obscurity over the years which is something they are happy with because for lucy gray the games were really traumatizing for her and she doesn’t want to be paraded around so she goes into ‘hiding’ but at the end of it all and once the 10th hunger games comes all out — she does end up revealing herself and songbird and they’re all old and in their 80s :( <3

and they definitely found a way to have kids and grandkids because i said so and im god🧚✨

Billy walking in on Daisy and fire cracker making out. Like they just had a fight (about him with groupies cause of course) and Billy is back and is all like “WHAT THE FUCK THATS MY GIRLFRIEND???”

it’s like maybe the second or third time that daisy and firecracker are like realizing they like each other more than friends, and so they’re obviously exploring that.

so maybe it’s like a big argument and firecracker storms off — and she goes to daisy who’s at the house. and without a word she just starts making out with her and daisy doesn’t protest because hello?

and billy feels guilty and so he goes to find firecracker and make up with her — and he walks in on some gay shit deadass. and like you said, he’s like “WHAT THE FUCK THAT’S MY GIRLFRIEND” and that makes the two jump apart so quickly it’s insane. but daisy is already on his ass while firecracker is apologizing.

“you sure as hell don’t treat her as your girlfriend!” and that makes billy pause, but he still takes firecracker’s hand and forgives her because at least she does feel guilty and he does still feel bad for their argument so he’s easily forgiving her the first few times.

but after those first few times he just sighs and walks away, knowing that it’s his fault, and that he does the same thing, the only difference is that firecracker is making out with a girl as well.

also lowkey…maybe firecracker IS pregnant when this happens…guys let me cook here give me a bit to cook this one up on that bit.

but yeah, regardless if firecracker was pregnant or not — by the time close to the aurora tour happens, firecracker is like this hollow girl that she once was, she has little to no spark like she’s not a firecracker anymore.

yet, just before the tour, she caught billy being a dick again and this time firecracker properly CRASHED OUT in front of him and ran off to their room. and when billy came in a few minutes later he did a quick line before anything and firecracker crashed out AGAIN (like any normal woman would)

so she slams billy against the wall and just goes at him like that. she’s like properly yelling and scolding him, like she is so tired and done with his antics.

and then she goes; “i am giving you one more fucking chance dunne, if you even think about sleeping with another girl that isn’t me—you can consider me out, done, no longer your girl or whatever the fuck you see me as.”

but billy is also smiling while nodding because he finally got his firecracker back — his girl that always yells and causes a ruckus, even if the reason she’s back is because of him being a dick. but he does take her words seriously and his smile fades when she slaps him one more time and nods and he’s like—

“okay, okay, baby. i promise…i love you.”

need to note that’s like the first or second time that he’s said i love you to her that’s NOT during sex so…take that what you will. but firecracker knows that he’s actually going to try when he mutters those three words.
